In order to ensure customer satisfaction it is important that we communicate our policies so that there are no misunderstandings or misinterpretations.
Prepare for your appointment
Please arrive to your lash appointment with no eye make up as this will ensure that you able to get the most out of your treatment. Time used to clean make up from eyes will shorten the time you have for your treatment.
Arriving on time
Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late to your appointment, your appointment will still end at your designated time slot and the full price will still be charged.
Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel your appointment please do so least 48 hrs before your scheduled appointment. You can cancel your appointment online by scrolling down to the end of this email and clicking on the “Cancel appointment” link. You also see the option to “Reschedule your appointment”.
You will also receive an Appointment reminder email 48hrs before your appointment if you would like to cancel of reschedule your appointment please scroll to the end of this email and click on the “Cancel appointment” link or “Reschedule your appointment” link.
Last-minute cancellations will require that you pay a cancellation fee which is 50% of the cost of your treatment.
You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hrs before your appointment without a penalty
If you reschedule or no-show your appointment within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee.
I understand these things happen! This cancellation policy offsets the lost income for that time since I was not able to book another client in such a short period of time. This ensures that the bottom line isn’t affected by unexpected no-shows or last-minute cancellations. As long as you reschedule 24 hours or more in advance, I am happy to accommodate you! I would love to see you soon and appreciate your understanding.
Online Bookings
When making an online booking a 50% deposit is required to confirm your appointment.
Refund of a deposit is only possible if you cancel your appointment 48hrs or more prior to your appointment.
Sickness or family emergency
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation and no show policy is in effect.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unhappy with your service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. A 30 minute express touch up may be offered if it is at the fault of application or product.
After 72 Hours- Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, any additional services will be charged at the full price for the service.
Loyalty Scheme
Neo Eyestyling is proud to offer our Loyalty Programme for our clients who come in for regular refills for eyelash extensions. Clients will receive 15% discount on their 7th refill appointment.
Foreign Refills
Neo Eyestyling does do infills on lash sets done by another salon however this please be aware that the desired result may not be achieved due to a difference in technique and products used
Refund Policy
You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute express touch up if it is at the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service
